How we make money
NavoFin is an independent Canadian personal finance publisher. We earn commissions when a reader applies for a credit card, insurance policy, or other financial product through a link on our site. Those links are marked as affiliate or partner links, and the relationship is disclosed on the relevant page.
What this changes for you
Nothing about the price or the product. The issuer pays the commission, not you. If you see a link labelled "Apply now" or "Partner offer", the issuer may pay us a fixed fee or a percentage of the approved application.
What this changes for us
Editorial coverage is decided before any commercial relationship. We rank cards by the math for a real Canadian household — not by which issuer pays the most. If a card we don't earn on is the better pick, we'll say so. No partner gets preferential placement in return for payment.
Editorial independence
Our writers and editors work independently of our partnerships team. Advertisers and partners do not review, approve, or edit articles before they are published. We update content when issuer terms change and correct errors promptly.
Methodology
Our card comparisons look at effective annual value (rewards minus annual fee at a stated spend level), approval realism at a stated income and credit score, and the go-to interest rate after any promo period ends. Where a claim depends on issuer data, we cite the issuer's page. See our full methodology on the About page.
Data freshness
The rates, fees, and offers on this site were extracted on July 20, 2026. Issuers change these details frequently, sometimes without notice. Always confirm the current terms on the issuer's website before applying.
